JOHN E. BONETA joined MDAFP as an associate in 2024. He focuses his practice on motor vehicle accident and general liability cases. Prior to joining MDAFP, John worked for over seven (7) years as a trial attorney for a major insurance company, handling high exposure cases with serious injury, large policy matters and getting numerous defense verdicts at trial. Before that John worked as a Plaintiff personal injury attorney for over six (6) years handling all aspects of a diverse private practice from intake, through depositions, motion practice, appeals up to trial.
