Associate Patrick D. Reilly first joined Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff in 2018 as a paralegal while attending law school. After passing the bar in 2020, he transitioned to an associate attorney position. His practice focuses primarily on premises liability, New York Labor Law, and appellate litigation. Mr. Reilly is involved in all phases of litigation, from pleadings and motion practice to appeals. He has experience drafting complex legal arguments and contributing to high-stakes appellate matters on behalf of the firm’s clients. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Reilly serves as a Salary Arbitration Consultant for the Major League Baseball Players Association, combining his legal training with his deep knowledge of professional sports and contract valuation.
