Associate Tesla Carrasquillo joined MDAFP as an associate in 2025. Before joining the firm, Ms. Carrasquillo honed her litigation skills at the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, where she independently managed over 160 cases, guiding them from inception to trial. She then further developed her courtroom experience as an associate at Mental Hygiene Legal Service, where she focused on defending civil rights in complex civil litigation matters. Throughout her career, Ms. Carrasquillo has built a reputation for her strong advocacy and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients in the courtroom.
