NAOMI DANIELS joined MDAFP as an associate in 2024. At MDAFP, Naomi is dedicated to defending municipal clients against personal injury claims. Prior to joining MDAFP, Naomi worked for over eight (8) years as a trial attorney for a major insurance company, handling high exposure cases with serious injury and successfully obtaining numerous defense verdicts at trial. Before that, Naomi worked for a plaintiff’s medical malpractice law firm representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuits.
Naomi resides in Huntington, N.Y. She attended Loyola University Maryland where she played NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer for 4 years. After graduating from Loyola, Naomi began working as a clerk at a high-volume plaintiff personal injury firm, where she discovered her passion for the law. Naomi has also worked at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office and Nassau County Surrogate’s Court.
