| | MICHAEL A. VICARIO joined MDAFP as an associate in 2023. He focuses his practice on motor vehicle accidents and general liability. Prior to joining MDAFP, Mike worked for over ten (10) years as a trial attorney for a major insurance company, handling high exposure cases with serious injury, and getting numerous defense verdicts at trial. Before that, Mike worked as a prosecutor for the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, Mike handled a diverse caseload of felony cases from arraignment to trial. Mike also spent eleven (11) years as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University School of Law, coaching trial teams and giving lectures on courtroom techniques and evidence. Mike was the coach for multiple championship trial teams. in addition, Mike has been a lecturer at the New York State Bar Association's Auto and Truck Litigation CLE, teaching ethics and criminal law for civil attorneys. |
