212.766.3252 Tung Wong joined Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff as a Partner in 2026. He concentrates his practice on general liability matters, with a particular emphasis on construction and New York Labor Law litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Wong represents clients in both state and federal courts and has extensive experience defending complex personal injury claims. Prior to joining MDAFP, Mr. Wong was a partner at a New York City defense firm, where he handled a broad range of high-exposure construction and general liability matters. He also previously served as an attorney at an in-house captive insurance coverage firm for a major insurance company, where he gained significant experience analyzing and litigating complex coverage issues. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C., and Usery & Associates, further developing his litigation and defense expertise. Mr. Wong is known for his strategic approach to case management and his ability to navigate sophisticated liability and coverage issues on behalf of insurers and corporate clients. Admissions
