 Download vCard | | ROBERT E. O'CONNOR joined MDAFP as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining MDAFP, Mr. O'Connor was a founding member of O'Connor, O'Connor, Hintz, & Deveney, LLP. Mr. O'Connor is an experienced trial attorney who handles large exposure negligence cases in areas including construction accidents, products liability, lead paint and food borne illness. He litigates a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes. He has also has argued many appeals before the Appellate Courts of this state. He has lectured frequently to clients on issues of insurance coverage, premises liability and New York State's Labor Law. At MDAFP, Mr. O'Connor focuses primarily on matters involving negligence and general liability.
