JON O'BRIEN joined MDAFP as an associate in 2024. Prior to joining Morris Duffy, Jon worked in house for a major insurer of commercial motor vehicles, and then went on to represent the largest insurer of private schools and universities for premises liability and sexual assault claims at another firm. Jon also has extensive practice experience in Sec. 1983 civil rights litigation. He has taken numerous verdicts.
