jguadalupe@mdafny.com Jasmine Guadalupe focuses her practice on insurance defense, with a particular emphasis on motor vehicle accident cases and general liability matters. She brings over a decade of litigation experience to Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff, including trial work and complex case strategy across a wide range of civil matters. Prior to joining MDAFP, Ms. Guadalupe practiced at Resnick & Louis P.C. and McMahon Martine & Gallagher LLP. Earlier in her career, she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving civil rights claims, employment litigation, breach of contract disputes, and consumer defense. Her broad litigation background allows her to approach each matter with a comprehensive and strategic mindset. Ms. Guadalupe employs a results-driven philosophy, beginning each case with the end in mind.
