BRIAN T. DEVENEY joined MDAFP as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Deveney was a founding partner at O'Connor, O'Connor, Hintz, & Deveney, LLP.  Mr. Deveney has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest "AV" rating and specializes in the handling of complex construction accident cases, product liability matters and municipality tort litigation.  Mr. Deveney received an honorable discharge from the United States Army.  At MDAFP, Mr. Deveney focuses primarily on general liability, products liability and municipal liability.
