 Associate Adam A. Elashker focuses his practice on municipal liability and premises liability matters. He passed the July 2025 New York State Bar Examination and is currently pending admission to the New York Bar. Mr. Elashker is originally from upstate New York and earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, along with a Pre-Law Certificate, from Siena University. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. While at St. John’s, he served as an Editorial Board Member for the New York Real Property Law Journal, where his article, “Actions Speak Louder Than Deeds: How a Neighbor’s Silence Rewrote Property Lines,” was published in Volume 53. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Real Property Law Research & Writing course during his third year and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Helen Voutsinas of the Appellate Division, Second Department. At Morris Duffy Alonso Faley & Pitcoff, Mr. Elashker assists in all stages of litigation. His responsibilities include drafting motions, preparing discovery responses, managing case deadlines, conducting detailed legal research, and supporting trial preparation.
