CHRISTOPHER M. ROGERS joined MDAFP as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rogers was a partner at O'Connor, O'Connor, Hintz, & Deveney, LLP. Mr. Rogers has extensive trial experience in the areas of premises liability, construction accidents, automotive liability, property damage, municipal and public authority tort litigation, and medical and dental malpractice.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. At MDAFP, Mr. Rogers focuses primarily on general liability, premises liability and construction accidents.
