CHRISTOPHER R. INVIDIATA joined MDAFP in 2010 as an associate and became a partner in 2022.  In the ten years prior to that, Mr. Invidiata practiced at two well-known insurance defense firms, focusing on appellate practice, construction and labor law litigation, insurance coverage issues, and general liability matters.  At MDAFP, he focuses his practice on claims involving the New York Labor Law, engineer and accountant malpractice claims, and complex commercial litigation.  In addition, Mr. Invidiata is proficient in all aspects of motor vehicle accident litigation and frequently handles matters involving premises liability.
